Marshall’s time is split at BCR Wealth allowing him to continue his enjoyment of working with the financial puzzles clients bring to the table while managing the firm and mentoring associates who will one day take care of our clients themselves.

Marshall was born and raised in Birmingham. At least six generations of his family have called Birmingham home, as well.  He is fortunate to have a large number of family members living within a short distance of his home.

Marshall and his wife, Susan, met while at the University of Alabama and married in 2007.  Susan is a clinical psychologist at the Birmingham Veterans Affairs Medical Center.  They have two young children. Their son, John Marshall, was born in 2008 and their daughter, Amelia, was born in 2011. Both children have a myriad of after-school sports and activities.

Marshall is committed to community service and serves in leadership positions in several of Alabama’s non-profit organizations.  His community service has lead him to being in the Leadership Birmingham class of 2018 and having been named 2015 Top 40 Under 40 by the Birmingham Business Journal.

Lindsay Birchfield

Investment Analyst
Vice President

Lindsay joined the BCR Wealth team as our Investment Analyst. Originally from Huntsville, AL, Lindsay attended Samford University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Prior to joining BCR, Lindsay lived in Charlotte, NC where she gained two years of experience at a Broker/Dealer firm. Lindsay highly values relationships with others and is devoted to our clients’ success.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to podcasts, and yoga.

Callie Bonds

Office Manager

Callie Bonds joined BCR Wealth as the Office Manager. She values the ability to assist in setting our team and clients up for success through her years of customer service, office support, and organizational skills.

Callie is originally from Irmo, South Carolina, but mostly grew up in Hoover, Alabama where she met her husband, Dillon, in middle school. Callie and Dillon have two wonderful rescues: a Staffordshire Terrier mix, Hazel, and a mystery breed, Luna. During their spare time, they like to spend time with family, watch TV, and play Dungeons and Dragons and video games with friends.

Jadie Burney

Financial Analyst

Jadie joined the team at BCR as a Financial Analyst. He is originally from Huntsville, Alabama but has been a member of the Birmingham community since 2017, attending Birmingham-Southern College.

Upon graduation at Birmingham-Southern, Jadie received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance. He is excited to solve financial obstacles while being able to build deep-rooted relationships.

When not at work, you can find Jadie behind the grill, spending time outdoors hunting or fishing, and spending time with friends and family.

Sandra Cleveland CFP®, CCPS

Financial Planner
Vice President, Shareholder

Sandra is a partner and wealth manager at BCR.  She values the relationships she builds with clients to know and understand not just their financial goals but their life goals.  She feels moving towards their goals is even better when they have peace of mind for today and about the future.

Sandra’s focus is on clients who are getting serious about preparing for their financial independence – whether that is a career shift, a life transition, or a more traditional retirement.  She is particularly interested in helping women explore their next steps by defining the life they desire, creating the financial plans that support their goals and helping them stay on track.  

Sandra and her husband, Mastin, have two adult daughters.  Ashley is a mental health counselor, married to Andrew, has 4 boys, Gabe, Mark, Noah and Luke and lives in Louisiana.  Adrienne is a CPA and mom to 3 boys, Elliott, Oliver and John Hardy and lives in San Antonio with her husband, Caleb.

Sandra serves in leadership roles in civic organizations that support women in business and the community in the greater Birmingham area including Alabama Women in Business and The Women’s Network.  She supports the Vestavia Hills community as Co-Chair of the Vestavia Hills Chamber of Commerce for 2021 and an alumna of Leadership Vestavia Hills.  She is the chair of the Mountaintop Community Church Board of Directors.  She spends her free time pursuing physical fitness, reading, organizing game nights and spending time with family and friends.

Jake Drum CPA

Financial Planner

Jake joined the BCR team as a financial planner. He grew up in the Birmingham area, and graduated from Auburn University in 2012. While at Auburn he was a member of the basketball team and the football team and received a degree in Business Administration. He then went back to school at UAB to receive his Masters degree in Accounting in 2017 and his CPA license in 2018.

Jake is passionate about building strong relationships with clients, and helping them reach their goals by providing tax efficient financial planning.

Jake and his wife, Ashely, have two children. Their son Wells was born in 2018, and they had their daughter Annie in 2022. They enjoy traveling, going out to eat, and spending time with family and friends.

Michele Fasanello

Operations Specialist

Michele joined the BCR Wealth as an Operations Specialist.

Michele is originally from Massachusetts but was raised in Fairhope, Alabama for most of her life. After graduating from Auburn University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Michele moved to Birmingham, Alabama.

Outside of work, Michele enjoys cooking for friends and family, sewing, and thrift shopping. Michele also enjoys hiking, but only when the weather is just right.

Tim Jones CFP®

Vice President

Tim joined the BCR team as an Associate Advisor. He is originally from Brandon, Mississippi and is new to the Birmingham area. Tim graduated from the University of Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Since 2011 he has been passionate about helping clients confidently pursue life goals and worry less about their finances. He understands the importance of putting together a plan and helping clients stay on track.

Tim married his wife, Rebecca, in June 2019. In July 2020 they celebrated the birth of their son and are looking forward to all the milestones to come. They enjoy cooking, socializing with friends, and spending time outdoors with their dogs, Rufio and Tinkerbell.

Madi Krummen

Financial Analyst

Madi joined the BCR team as a Financial Analyst. She is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Birmingham after graduating from the University of Alabama in 2022. Madi received her bachelor’s degree in consumer sciences and her master’s degree in Family Financial Planning and Counseling.

One of Madi’s favorite things about this career is getting to develop strong relationships with clients and help them achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Madi enjoys running, traveling (especially to the lake or beach), listening to podcasts and audiobooks, and spending time with friends and family. She is a part of the Fleet Feet Birmingham Running Club and participates in many of the local Birmingham races.

Spencer Lawson

Financial Analyst

Spencer joined the team at BCR as a financial analyst. He was born and raised here in Birmingham, AL and has been involved within the community ever since. He attended the University of Alabama and enjoys cheering on the Tide.

Upon graduation at Alabama, Spencer received his bachelor's degree in Finance, focusing on financial planning. He is thrilled to work with individuals and build lasting relationships, as well as serving clients and providing support in any way he can.

When not at work, Spencer enjoys spending time playing sports and doing outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing. He also enjoys building lasting relationships with friends and family and traveling to new places when he can!

Kim McGuire

Vice President of Administration

Kim joined the BCR team as Vice President of Administration. She was born and raised in the Birmingham, AL metro area.  Kim graduated from Troy university with a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and Advertising/ Public Relations. Upon graduation, Kim began her career in marketing and would later go on to expand her leadership experience in franchising with Birmingham’s largest international QSR franchisor for over 7 years prior to joining BCR.

Kim’s passion for serving others is what drives her leadership focus. This passion led her to Penn State University to obtain a master’s degree in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership. Kim’s diverse background in strategic leadership, as well as her experience leading support and operations teams, helps to promote the BCR team’s passion for helping people succeed in reaching their financial goals.

Kim and her husband Taylor met at Troy University and married in 2011. Taylor is an Associate Vice President – Energy and Construction at AmWins Group. They have two children. Wade was born in 2015 and Madi Ruth was born in 2018. They enjoy spending a lot of time outdoors and making memories on their weekend “adventures” with the kids.

Outside of her work at BCR, Kim served as an inaugural member of the Mountain Brook Chamber of Commerce Jr. Board and served for 2 years as the board’s president. She also has served on several other non-profit Jr. Boards in Birmingham as well as serving as a member of the Birmingham Junior League.

Harold Sasnowitz CFP®, MBA

Financial Planner

Harold manages the New Jersey office of BCR Wealth.  Harold’s focus is preparing professionals for and prospering during, their retirement years.  He likes the idea of sharing the reality of investment strategies and outcomes.  Harold’s expertise is avoiding the mistakes people make in investment decisions.

Harold was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, when the Dodgers played at Ebbetts Field, and long for their return to Brooklyn.

Harold and his wife, Meryl, met during their high school years.  Meryl is a retired teacher.  They have three married daughters and 18 grandchildren.  Harold refers to the grandchildren collectively as their Return on Investment, and individually as their dividends.  Harold has been learning saxophone since 2011, and recently purchased a tenor saxophone. He especially likes playing and listening to jazz.  Harold attends a jazz camp each summer.
