Executive Assistant

Erin Shilling

Erin joined BCR as an Executive Assistant in 2021, supporting several members of the BCR team. She works remotely out of her home in Molino, Florida.  In 2024, she also assumed the Virtual Client Services Assistant role, primarily assisting the VP of Investments and the Operations Specialist.  You may see Erin in person during her quarterly in-person trips and at annual client events.

Erin has over 12 years of experience in administrative and executive assistance roles. Her proficiency lies in ensuring seamless office operations along with maintaining organizational confidentiality and integrity.

Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from the University of West Florida.

Outside her professional endeavors, Erin is passionate about spending time with her husband and two sons. She enjoys traveling, gardening, and going to the local beach in the beautiful Florida panhandle!
